Job summary

Complete Security Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Fire and Security Project Manager for on-site duties in London. You will lead construction and upgrade projects across CCTV, access control, intruder alarms, and fire systems, coordinating the engineering team and subcontractors to deliver on time and within budget.

The role requires experience in the security industry, NSI standards knowledge, and the ability to manage programmes and documentation while upholding high safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Project Manager within the security industry.
• Strong understanding of access control, intruder, IP and analogue CCTV, fire alarms.
• Ability to read, interpret and work to a Programme of Works.

Responsibilities

• Project manage construction and upgrade projects with multiple system types.
• Deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Lead the engineering team/subcontractors and ensure high standards.
• Assist with installation of CCTV, access control, intruder alarms, and fire systems as required.
• Complete documentation, timesheets, and submit job reports.
• Maintain health and safety audits and best practices.
