Job summary

Complete Security Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Fire and Security Project Manager for on-site duties in London. You will lead construction and upgrade projects across CCTV, access control, intruder alarms, and fire systems, coordinating the engineering team and subcontractors to deliver on time and within budget.

The role requires experience in the security industry, NSI standards knowledge, and the ability to manage programmes and documentation while upholding high safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Project Manager within the security industry.
• Strong understanding of access control, intruder, IP and analogue CCTV, fire alarms.
• Ability to read, interpret and work to a Programme of Works.

• Responsible for delivering projects on time and within budget
• Responsible for the engineering team/subcontractors working
• Assist with Installation of CCTV analogue and IP, Access Control, Intruder Alarms, and fire systems when required
• Accurate completion of documentation, timesheets, and submission of job reports
• Ensuring Installations of systems are of a high standard
• Working to safe health and safety practices and complete of Health and Safety audits
• Always provide a premium service to customers
• Completion of training courses to improve knowledge and performance

The role involves:

Key experience / Qualifications:

• ECS (CSCS) card
• Willingness to work towards SMSTS/Prince2
• Full UK Driving Licence
