Job summary

Corrigenda Group Limited is seeking a Fire & Security Installations Engineer to cover Hampshire and surrounding areas. The role involves carrying out planned and reactive work on fire and intruder systems in commercial properties, with a focus on education and public sectors.

You will perform diagnostics, PPMs, small works, and participate in out-of-hours support, while maintaining safety and collaborating with site teams across Hampshire and nearby regions.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in fire and security installations.
• Knowledge of BS5839-1:2025 and PD6662.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to complete electronic documentation and operate SMART devices.
• Full driving licence.
• Able to pass BS7858 and enhanced DBS checks.
• FIA modules (training provided).
• ECS/CSCS card.

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned and fault diagnostic work on fire and intruder panels.
• Perform PPMs on intruder, fire, EML, access control and CCTV.
• Carry out small works/installs as required.
• Participate in out-of-hours call-out rota.
• Work flexible hours to suit business needs.
• Maintain safety on site for yourself and others.
• Collaborate with engineers and site staff to arrange access.
• Support other resources as required.
