M&E SITECREW LTD in London is seeking a commercially minded Estimator to join its fire and security team in Loughton. The role blends estimating, commercial management and business development to win competitive quotations and tenders.

You will review drawings, price materials and subcontractors, build client relationships across London, Essex and Kent, and help grow the contract base through proactive follow-ups and identifying new opportunities.

Formación

• Previous experience in Estimating or similar commercial role.
• Strong knowledge of fire and security systems (alarms, CCTV, access control, intruder alarms).
• Experience preparing quotations, estimates and tenders.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare accurate quotations, estimates and tender submissions for fire and security projects.
• Review drawings, specifications and tender docs to establish project costs.
• Price materials, equipment, labour and subcontractor packages.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow the client base.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Follow up on quotations and tenders to improve conversion rates.
• Liaise with clients to understand requirements and discuss proposals.
• Work with internal teams, suppliers and sub-contractors for viable solutions.
• Identify opportunities to upsell services and generate repeat business.
• Monitor market opportunities and contribute to commercial strategy.
