Job summary

Chubb Fire & Security is seeking a Fire and Security Engineer to service and repair fire detection, alarms and security systems across Highlands and surrounding areas. You will undertake planned and reactive maintenance, attend site faults and ensure works meet safety and quality standards.

The role offers a base salary with uplifts for on-call and overtime, a £1,000 sign-on bonus, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, and extensive training.

Qualifications

• Experience servicing fire detection alarm systems and security systems.
• Knowledge of intruder alarms, CCTV and access-control systems.
• Ability to read plans, drawings and system documentation.
• Able to diagnose faults and repair to quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Carry out routine servicing, testing, inspection and repairs of fire detection and alarm systems.
• Maintain intruder alarms, CCTV and access-control systems on site.
• Diagnose faults on customer sites and apply appropriate repair methods.
