Qualifications

• 2-3 years' experience servicing and maintaining fire and security systems.
• Experience with CCTV and access control systems.
• Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Service and maintain fire and security systems.
• Diagnose and resolve system faults.
• Carry out small works and minor installations.
• Complete service reports and job documentation.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and health & safety regulations.
• Identify and report potential upgrade opportunities.
• Participate in an out-of-hours technical support and call-out rota.
• Work closely with service coordinators and the wider team.
