What will you be doing
  • Attend to maintenance calls (on-site and telephone) as directed by team coordinators.
  • Rectify faults on the first visit where possible.
  • Conduct scheduled preventative maintenance visits.
  • Collect and record site configuration information.
  • Maintain accurate and timely records.
  • Provide out-of-hours cover on a rotating basis.
  • Commission small projects as required.
  • Ensure audits of quality procedures are carried out.
  • Provide training to customers and colleagues when needed.
  • Perform additional tasks as required.
What we are looking for
  • Experience servicing access control, CCTV, and intruder alarm systems.
  • Experience with fire alarm systems, preferably GENT-based.
  • Broad technical IT knowledge, including Windows OS installation and networking.
  • Attention to detail to ensure proper paperwork and procedures within deadlines.
  • Enthusiastic team player capable of working under pressure and maintaining professionalism.
  • Must pass BS7858 screening.
  • Clean UK driving license with no more than 6 points.
  • Enhanced DBS clearance.
  • Additional screening may be required for some government sites.
