Job summary

Regional Recruitment are seeking an experienced Fire/Security Engineer to join a Leicester-based security systems company. The role offers a permanent, full-time position with a basic salary of £41,800 plus overtime and call-out allowances.

You'll be responsible for installation, servicing and fault-finding across intruder alarms, CCTV, access control, intercoms and fire alarm systems, with local work throughout Leicestershire and minimal travel.

Qualifications

• Proven experience installing, servicing and fault-finding intruder alarm systems.
• Experience with CCTV, access control, intercom and fire alarm systems.
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent customer facing and communication skills.
• Full UK Driving License
• Based in or around Leicestershire.

Responsibilities

• Installation, servicing, maintenance and fault finding of a range of security systems, working predominantly with domestic properties with some commercial and industrial projects.

Qualifications

Essential

• Proven experience installing, servicing and fault-finding intruder alarm systems


• Experience with CCTV, access control, intercom and fire alarm systems


• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills


• Excellent customer facing and communication skills


• Full UK Driving License


• Must be based in or around Leicestershire

Desirable

• Experience on a variety of sites from commercial to domestic


• IPAF certification
