Job summary

SECOM PLC in Leeds, UK, seeks a Fire and Security Project Delivery Lead to guide installation engineers and ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to customer expectations.

You will supervise day-to-day project delivery, provide technical support, manage snagging, and drive improvements while upholding health and safety, quality standards, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in the Fire & Security industry.
• Strong installation, engineering, and technical knowledge.
• Experience leading or supervising field-based teams.
• Strong planning, organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Commercial awareness and customer-focused approach.
• Ability to influence, motivate, and develop others.

Responsibilities

• Supervise installation engineers and manage day-to-day project delivery.
• Ensure installations are completed on time, within budget, and to required quality standards.
• Monitor team performance, productivity, and compliance with SLAs and KPIs.
• Provide technical support, resolve site issues, and manage snagging activities.
• Coordinate with planners, subcontractors, stores, sales, operations, and customers.
• Ensure accurate use of company systems, field apps, and project documentation.
• Maintain health & safety standards, conduct audits, and support apprentice development.
• Drive continuous improvement and implement business process changes.
