Job summary

Logic Fire & Security in Knaresborough is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Projects team at our Head Office. You will own a portfolio of fire and security installation projects, coordinating engineers, subcontractors and clients to deliver high-quality outcomes safely, on time and within budget.

As a pivotal member of the Operations team, you will lead the Installation Team, manage budgets and schedules, and ensure compliance with industry standards.

Qualifications

• Experience managing installation projects from start to finish on construction/site environments.
• Ability to plan resources, budgets, and schedules while maintaining safety and quality.
• Leadership of installation teams and subcontractors with clear direction and communications.
• Ability to maintain client relationships and manage project handovers, invoicing forecasts.

Responsibilities

• Manage installation projects from start to finish, ensuring quality, safety, and on-time delivery within budget and KPIs.
• Lead Installation Team and subcontractors with clear programme direction, site visits, and performance oversight.
• Oversee health, safety, and compliance requirements, including risk assessments and toolbox talks.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and site teams, providing regular progress updates and sign-offs.
