Job summary

Vivid Resourcing Ltd is seeking an experienced Fire Safety Surveyor to join our client on a 6-month interim contract in the United Kingdom. The role focuses on reviewing FRAs, carrying out Type 1 Fire Compartmentation Inspections (CFI), and overseeing fire safety remedial works.

The successful candidate will raise and manage work orders, monitor progress, and liaise with contractors and internal teams to ensure works meet required standards. ASAP start.

Qualifications

• Experience in fire safety surveying and FRA reviews.
• Experience with compartmentation and housing/building safety.
• Relevant fire safety qualifications desirable.
• Contract management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review FRAs and identify required actions.
• Undertake Type 1 Fire Compartmentation Inspections (CFI).
• Identify and oversee fire safety remedial works.
• Raise and manage work orders for remedial works.
• Review FRAs to ensure actions are recorded and progressed.
• Inspect and manage carpentry/compartmentation works and remedials.
• Liaise with contractors and internal teams to ensure works meet required standards.
