Reporting to the Head of Health & Safety, this role is crucial in providing professional advice and support for fire safety across all site aspects, including construction projects, ensuring compliance, and fostering a positive fire safety culture.
The responsibilities include conducting risk assessments, incident reports, following up on actions, ensuring legal compliance, updating fire safety policies and procedures, and raising awareness through relevant training for staff.
Candidates should have a fire-related qualification and membership in a recognised professional body such as IFE or IFSM. They should be proactive communicators with problem-solving skills, capable of engaging well and managing solutions effectively.
