Qualifications

• Level 5 minimum qualification in Fire Discipline.
• Robust knowledge of UK fire safety legislation.
• Strong technical delivery experience.
• Membership of IFE / IFSM or equivalent.
• Ability to successfully direct and manage complex projects in a proactive and diligent manner.
• Track record in successful line management and development of team members.
• Experience with developing new relationships and securing new business.
• Client facing, ensuring high standards of technical delivery.
• Able to build long-term client relationship.
• Experience of prioritising workloads and delivering deadlines.
• A team player, outgoing, flexible and motivated.

Responsibilities

• Assist/Manage a team of fire consultants.
• Provide advice to the Partner.
• Assist in the completion of PQQ/bid documents.
• Provide quality assurance and compliance to the clients.
• Visit sites to provide a broad range of fire consultancy services.
• Provide Fire advice, guidance and training across the client base.
• Liaising with Enforcing Authorities on behalf of clients when required.
• Advising clients on matters of Fire Safety standards and best practice affecting their business.
• Develop the Fire Consultancy Service and assist in providing management financial reporting.
