Job summary

Assured Fire Safety Consultancy Ltd is seeking an experienced Fire Safety Consultant or Fire Engineer to join our Fire Strategy & Fire Engineering Department. You will help deliver Fire Strategy and Engineering work across a varied portfolio of new-build and existing buildings.

You will work independently and with our Fire Engineering team, contributing to the preparation and delivery of RIBA Stage Fire Strategies and retrospective Fire Strategies.

Qualifications

• Membership of the Institution of Fire Engineers (IFE) is required or highly preferred.
• Experience working on RIBA Stage Fire Strategies across projects.
• Experience across sectors such as residential, healthcare, education, commercial and retail.
• Previous experience within a Fire Engineering or specialist Fire Safety Consultancy.
• Full UK Driving Licence is essential.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Fire Strategy and Engineering work for a varied portfolio of new-build and existing buildings.
• Contribute to preparation and delivery of RIBA Stage Fire Strategies and retrospective Fire Strategies.
• Work across office, remote and site-based settings, attending site as required.

The Role

We are looking for an experienced and suitably qualified Fire Safety Consultant or Fire Engineer to join our Fire Strategy & Fire Engineering Department.

This is an opportunity for an established fire safety professional who is ready to take a key role in the delivery of Fire Strategy and Engineering work across a varied portfolio of new-build and existing buildings.

You will work both independently and collaboratively with our Fire Engineering team, contributing to the preparation and delivery of RIBA Stage Fire Strategies and retrospective Fire Strategies.

The role will involve a combination of office, remote and site-based work, with our office based in Fleet, Hampshire and projects located throughout the UK. Working arrangements are flexible, but you must be able to attend site when required.

About You

We are looking for someone who already has a strong background in fire safety and can bring relevant experience to the role.

You should be comfortable working independently, managing projects and engaging directly with clients and other stakeholders.
