Quality Assurance Consultant

Opportunity for a Quality Assurance Consultant to join our Fire Risk Management team. This role offers the chance to be part of a successful, engaging Fire Safety team in an influential position.

You will support our Fire Risk Management business across the UK, working within the Fire Division to optimize quality management and project delivery.

The role is suitable for those transitioning from operational assessing to an assurance role, primarily home-based with occasional office visits. Travel may be required for meetings, conferences, and training, possibly overnight.

We are interested in candidates with experience in fire safety within the built environment, including construction stage inspections of compartmentation, passive fire protection, or external wall remediation.

Requirements include:

• Passion for fire risk management with a focus on safety and end-user experience.
• Experience in fire risk management consultancy across various UK projects.
• Professional qualification in fire risk assessment.
• Knowledge of guidance documents and performance-based design measures.
• Commitment to professional development and industry updates.
• Membership in recognized fire safety professional schemes, e.g., Institution of Fire Engineers.
