You’ll make an impact by:

• Supporting ESG Senior Consultant and Managers in developing the ESG Assurance service line.
• Working on client engagements to opine on Limited Assurance over ESG-related metrics.
• Working within ESG Assurance engagements by performing testing in line with RSM’s methodologies.
• Working as part of a diverse team, with the opportunity to interact closely with clients. It is critical that you can establish trust, credibility, and can quickly build effective relationships.

• A demonstrable interest in ESG & Sustainability
• 112 UCAS points across 3 A Levels or an equivalent level 3 qualification, or 104 UCAS points across 4 Scottish Highers/Advanced Highers or Irish Leaving Certificate (Higher Level)
• A predicted/obtained honours degree
• Strong numerical, verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to build relationships externally & internally.
• Time Management skills
• Experience within a professional environment
• Practical experience of working within an ESG Function, or ESG Assurance function. We will also consider candidates with External/Internal Audit experience.
• A recognised accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA). We will consider candidates who may be part-way through completing their Qualification and will support them finalising their studies.
