Job summary

ProGroup Recruitment is seeking an experienced Fire Risk Assessor to support a growing client portfolio across Manchester, Liverpool, Leeds, Lincoln and surrounding areas. You will manage your own diary, carry out Fire Risk Assessments and provide practical fire safety recommendations.

The role offers a blend of site-based and hybrid working, with opportunities to develop technical knowledge and progress within a forward-looking consultancy.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering Fire Risk Assessments for residential, commercial or public sector properties.
• Ability to produce high-quality reports with clear recommendations.
• Strong client relationship management and diary/workload planning.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Fire Risk Assessments across residential, commercial and public buildings.
• Produce detailed Fire Risk Assessment reports and action plans.
• Assess fire safety management arrangements and levels of compliance.
• Provide practical and proportionate fire safety recommendations.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Manage your own schedule and regional workload.
• Keep up to date with fire safety legislation, guidance and industry best practice.
