Job summary

Purosearch Ltd. is seeking a qualified Fire Risk Assessor for a field-based role across commercial and residential premises in the North East. You will assess fire risks, ensure compliance with current UK legislation, and produce professional reports.

This role offers a salary up to £55,000, Monday–Friday, no overnight stays, and the chance to work with an established organisation while developing your expertise through varied projects.

Qualifications

• Proven experience conducting Fire Risk Assessments.
• Strong knowledge of UK fire safety legislation and guidance.
• Excellent report-writing and communication skills.
• Full UK driving licence is essential.
• Relevant fire safety qualifications/accreditations.
• Experience with PAS 9980, BS 9999 and BS 9991 is advantageous.

The Role

• A full UK driving licence
• Relevant fire safety qualifications/accreditations
• Experience with PAS 9980, BS 9999, BS 9991 and/or other relevant fire safety standards would be advantageous.
