Job summary

Principal People Recruitment is hiring a Fire Risk Assessor based in Jarrow, Tyne and Wear, North East, UK. This is a full-time opportunity with a salary of £38,000–£44,000 plus a 10% bonus and paid overtime.

We are supporting an established property and fire safety consultancy with this appointment to join their growing Fire Safety team, delivering fire risk assessments and related surveys across residential properties.

Qualifications

• Experience conducting fire risk assessments in buildings, especially residential properties.
• Knowledge of fire door inspections and compartmentation surveys.
• Understanding of relevant UK fire safety regulations and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Perform fire risk assessments for properties.
• Conduct fire door inspections as part of safety audits.
• Carry out compartmentation surveys and report findings.
