Qualifications

• Servicing and installing fire extinguishers in accordance with established standards.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations in fire safety.
• Willingness to complete an Enhanced DBS check.

Responsibilities

• Carry out servicing according to BS 5306-3 and BAFE SP101.
• Install fire extinguishers and document service updates thoroughly.
• Manage van stock and tools, ensuring safety in all works.

Skills

Experience servicing and installing fire extinguishers

Knowledge of BS 5306-3, BS 5306-8 and BAFE SP101

Strong customer service skills

Excellent organisation and attention to detail

Education

Theory and Practice of Servicing Fire Extinguishers qualification

BAFE Diploma registration
