Job summary

Trinity Fire & Security is seeking an experienced Portable Fire Extinguisher Engineer to deliver high-quality maintenance and installation across our client portfolio in the South West region. You will work as part of a regional team, carrying out planned service visits to ensure system integrity and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience installing, servicing and maintaining mechanical fire extinguishing systems.
• BS5306 qualification required.
• BAFE / FETA qualification required.

You’ll carry out scheduled work ensuring all systems perform effectively and meet regulatory and company standards. Working as part of a skilled regional team, you’ll be supported by dedicated administrators and technical specialists.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver planned installation, servicing and maintenance on fire extinguishers.
• Communicate effectively with customers, providing updates and technical insights.
• Work to a planned schedule. Issue remedial repairs and minor additions to existing installations in line with service administration guidance.
• Maintain accurate records of service and performance.

About You

• Experience in installing, servicing and maintaining mechanical fire and extinguisher systems.
