Job summary
Hunter Dunning Ltd. is recruiting a Director and Service Lead - Fire Engineering to establish and lead a new fire engineering department in London.
With Board-level support, you will oversee departmental strategy, technical standards, commercial performance, and team development across existing buildings, refurbishment, remediation, and new development projects. Your experience should include chartered status, a strong portfolio of complex fire engineering projects, and a track record in
Qualifications
- Chartered Fire Engineer with the Institution of Fire Engineers; IFSM accreditation preferred.
- At least 10 years of relevant professional experience.
- Strong portfolio of complex fire engineering projects.
- Experience with higher-risk buildings, fire strategies, and regulatory compliance.
- Knowledge of the Building Safety Act 2022 and Building Regulations 2010.
- Proven experience in business development, recruitment, and technical leadership.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and digital project, document, and information management systems.
