Job summary
Neo Property Solutions Limited is seeking a Joiner - Fire Doors (Installation & Remedial Works) to cover sites in the Midlands, starting with the Northampton region. You will install fire door sets, replace frames, fit intumescent seals and ironmongery, and inspect workmanship to ensure compliance.
You will log work on a mobile device and maintain high customer service on occupied sites. Basic salary up to £38,600 with overtime, travel time and benefits; typical earnings £42–£45k.
Qualifications
- Experience installing and repairing fire door sets to relevant regulations.
- Ability to install/replace intumescent and smoke seals and ironmongery.
- Capable of inspecting workmanship to ensure quality and compliance.
Responsibilities
- Carry out installation of fire door sets or remedial repairs.
- Install and replace intumescent seals, smoke seals, hinges and ironmongery.
- Remove existing fire doors and frames and install complete replacements when required.
- Inspect completed work for quality and compliance.
- Record all work on a mobile device with training provided.
- Work professionally on occupied sites, maintaining high workmanship.
- Manage daily challenges while ensuring safety and efficiency.
