Job summary

Fraser Edwards Recruitment are recruiting experienced FRA Carpenters to join a leading housing organisation across London and surrounding areas. This is a permanent, full-time role with a competitive salary package and benefits including a company vehicle.

You will perform fire safety and passive fire protection works in residential properties and communal areas, including fire door installation, upgrades, maintenance and related compliance tasks.

Qualifications

• Strong carpentry experience.
• Experience with fire doors.
• Knowledge of passive fire protection.
• Good attention to detail and quality of workmanship.
• Experience completing job sheets and compliance documentation.
• A full UK manual driving licence.
• BM TRADA knowledge and fire-stopping experience would be advantageous, although training will be provided where required.

Fraser Edwards Recruitment are currently recruiting for experienced FRA Carpenters to join a leading housing organisation, working across all areas of London and the surrounding areas.

This is a permanent, full-time position with a strong salary package, company vehicle and excellent benefits.

Salary: £41,207 basic salary + £4,000 supplement

Contract: Permanent, full time

Hours: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm

Location: All areas of London and surrounding areas

THE ROLE:

You’ll be carrying out fire safety and passive fire protection works across residential properties and communal areas, including:

• Passive fire protection maintenance
