Job summary

Invictus Group is recruiting an experienced Fire Door Engineer to join a growing building compliance contractor serving commercial and public sector properties. You will inspect, maintain, install and remediate fire doors to ensure regulatory compliance.

Based across varied sites, you will deliver high-quality workmanship, liaise professionally with clients, and record findings using digital reporting systems. A full UK driving licence is required and ongoing training is provided.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Fire Door Engineer.
• Good understanding of fire door compliance and relevant legislation.
• Experience carrying out inspections, repairs and installations.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Responsibilities

• Carry out fire door inspections in line with current regulations.

• Replace ironmongery, seals, hinges, closers and glazing where required.

The Role

As a Fire Door Engineer, you will be responsible for the inspection, maintenance, installation and remedial works of fire doors to ensure full compliance with current fire safety regulations.
