Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Fire Door Contracts Manager, working out of our office in Brentwood, Essex, and on sites located in London and the Southeast. The Fire Door Contracts Manager will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of fire door installation, remediation and maintenance projects. Day-to-day tasks include managing site teams, overseeing project programmes, coordinating with suppliers and clients, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards, and providing technical guidance. The role also involves completing reports and documentation to support project delivery.

Qualifications

Knowledge and experience in Passive Fire Protection (PFP) systems, compartments, and fire doors
Project management skills, including planning, execution, and completion of projects
Strong understanding of regulatory requirements, safety standards, and compliance
Excellent communication and coordination skills with suppliers, clients, and site teams
Technical expertise in fire doors [Essential] and firestopping systems [Desirable]
Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Relevant certifications and qualifications such as BRE/LPCB, BMTrada, IFE Level 2 or higher
