Job summary

Daniel Owen Ltd. is seeking an experienced Fire Door Carpenter/Joiner to join our planned works team, carrying out fire door installations and remedial works within social housing properties across Tewkesbury and surrounding areas.

The role offers long-term, stable work, Monday-Friday, 39 hours per week, with a company van, fuel card and tools provided, alongside training and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Fire door experience essential.
• Carpentry/joinery qualification Level 2+ preferred.
• FIRAS qualification desirable.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Social housing/tenant-facing experience desirable.
• Willingness to complete a fire door installation skills test.
• Ability to pass a DBS check.

Responsibilities

• Install fire doors and complete remedial works
• Work within occupied social housing properties
• Complete jobs using handheld devices/job tickets
• Work independently and as part of a wider team
• Maintain high health & safety standards
