Job summary

An innovative fire and security company in Chigwell is looking for an experienced Fire Contracts Manager to oversee day-to-day operations and deliver exceptional service. Candidates must have at least 3 years of contract management experience and strong knowledge of fire safety regulations. Qualifications

  • Minimum of three years experience in contract management, preferably in the public sector.
  • Strong knowledge of fire safety regulations.
  • BAFE and FIA qualifications preferred.
  • Good presentation, leadership & management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Manage contracts reactive and PPM service delivery.
  • Develop strong collaborative relationships with clients.
  • Ensure KPIs are delivered in line with client expectations.
  • To manage all aspects of accurate pricing from quotations, reviewing works and invoicing.
  • To ensure all KPIs are measured and delivered in line with clients expectations.
  • To take responsibility in the procurement of any materials required for the contract.
  • To take a proactive approach to ensure all best practices for legal & compliance matters are achieved.
  • To supervise & train less experienced supervisors and engineers.

Responsibilities
  • To manage the effective day to day management of the contracts reactive and PPM service delivery.
  • To lead, support and develop your team to ensure the highest professional standards are achieved at all times.
