Job summary

An innovative fire and security company in Chigwell is looking for an experienced Fire Contracts Manager to oversee day-to-day operations and deliver exceptional service. Candidates must have at least 3 years of contract management experience and strong knowledge of fire safety regulations. Qualifications

Minimum of three years experience in contract management, preferably in the public sector.
Strong knowledge of fire safety regulations.
BAFE and FIA qualifications preferred.
Good presentation, leadership & management skills.

Responsibilities

Manage contracts reactive and PPM service delivery.
Develop strong collaborative relationships with clients.
Ensure KPIs are delivered in line with client expectations.
To manage all aspects of accurate pricing from quotations, reviewing works and invoicing.
To ensure all KPIs are measured and delivered in line with clients expectations.
To take responsibility in the procurement of any materials required for the contract.
To take a proactive approach to ensure all best practices for legal & compliance matters are achieved.
To supervise & train less experienced supervisors and engineers.
