Job summary

4Way Recruitment is partnering with a well-established Fire & Security company in the North West to recruit a Fire & Security Service Engineer for Liverpool and surrounding areas. You will service CCTV, intruder alarms and access control, carry out fault finding and small works, and attend planned and reactive maintenance visits.

The position offers a basic salary of £32,000–£38,000 with overtime, a company van, private healthcare, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, and manufacturer training on

Qualifications

• Previous experience servicing Electronic Security systems.
• Strong knowledge of CCTV, Intruder Alarms & Access Control.
• Experience carrying out fault finding and small works.

Responsibilities

• Service and maintain CCTV, Intruder Alarm and Access Control systems
• Carry out fault finding and repairs
• Complete small works on existing installations
• Attend planned and reactive maintenance visits
• Complete accurate service reports and documentation
• Deliver excellent customer service at all times

Salary and Benefits - Fire & Security Service Engineer

• £32,000 - £38,000 Basic Salary (DOE)
• Company Van with Personal Use (Optional)
• Paid Travel Time - 30 minutes deducted each way
• Excellent Overtime Available
• Overtime paid at 1.5x Monday-Saturday & 2x Sundays
• Call Out Rota - 1 in 7 / 1 in 8
• Time taken on call-outs given back the following working day

• Full UK Driving Licence
• Excellent communication and customer-facing skills
