Job summary

Complete Security Recruitment is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead fire and security projects across London, from Fire Alarm to CCTV, Access Control and Intruder Alarm systems. You’ll manage your own team of engineers and coordinate delivery to the highest standards.

You’ll oversee projects across high-profile commercial sectors, ensuring client satisfaction and on-time delivery while adapting to project priorities. Salary up to £60,000 with a company car or car allowance.

Qualifications

• Relevant fire and security industry experience.
• Strong technical understanding of fire and electronic security systems.
• Previous project management experience within the industry.
• Relevant industry or Project Management qualifications would be advantageous.

Fire & Security Role:

Are you an experienced Project Manager working with Fire Alarm, CCTV, Access Control and Intruder Alarm systems?

Paying up to £60,000 + company car or car allowance

What can you expect as an employee:

• Basic salary of £55,000 to £60,000 depending on experience
• 25 days annual leave plus Bank Holidays

The ideal candidate would have:

• Previous experience managing fire and security projects
• Strong knowledge of Fire Alarm, CCTV, Access Control and Intruder Alarm systems
• Experience managing engineers and coordinating project delivery
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• The ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
• Experience working with clients and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle

Qualifications:

• Relevant fire and security industry experience
