Alecto Recruitment is seeking an experienced Fire & Security Engineer to cover Berkshire and West London. You will install, service, maintain, and fault-find Fire Alarms, CCTV, and Access Control systems across varied client sites.

The role combines planned maintenance with reactive support and project work, ensuring no two days are the same. You will work closely with customers, site teams and colleagues to deliver projects to a high standard, with ongoing training, career progression

Qualifications

• Experience as a Fire & Security Engineer.
• Good working knowledge of Fire Alarms, CCTV, Access Control and Intruder systems.
• Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage workload.
• Excellent communication and customer-facing skills.
• Professional attitude and commitment to delivering high standards of workmanship.

Responsibilities

• Fault finding, testing and rectification of system issues
• Carrying out preventative maintenance visits in line with industry standards
• Completing all documentation, service reports and commissioning records accurately

• Covering sites throughout Berkshire and West London

I'm currently working with a highly regarded and growing Fire & Security business that is looking to recruit an experienced Fire & Security Engineer to support its expanding customer base across Berkshire and West London.

The Opportunity

You'll be responsible for the installation, service, maintenance and fault-finding of Fire Alarm, Intruder Alarm, CCTV and Access Control systems across a diverse range of client sites.

The role offers a varied workload, combining planned maintenance, reactive support and project work, ensuring no two days are the same.
