Job summary

JobsTrackR in Newquay is seeking a Fire & Security Engineer to join their growing team. You will service, maintain and repair fire and security systems across Newquay and the surrounding area, delivering high standards of workmanship.

This full-time, permanent role offers a salary of £38,000–£39,000 per year, a van and tools, and ongoing training. A full UK driving licence is required to access sites across the region.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working as a Fire & Security Engineer.
• Experience in service and breakdowns or installation.
• Experience with fire alarms, intruder alarms, CCTV and access control is advantageous.
• Relevant qualifications and certifications for the role.
• Good fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Full UK driving licence.

Our client is seeking a skilled and reliable engineer to join their growing team, based from Newquayand covering the surrounding areas. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced engineer with a background in eitherservice and breakdownsorinstallationwithin the fire and security industry.

The Role

Depending on your experience, you will be responsible for either:

• Servicing, maintaining and repairing fire and security systems.

• Attending breakdowns and diagnosing faults efficiently.
