Chance to sell and also to progress to manage others if you have sold maintenance contracts and do service sales for a fire alarm company!

Requirements

- For Service Sales BDM / Business Development Manager / New Business Sales (Not Fire Alarm System Sales)

  • Have you generated service sales for a fire alarm maintenance company (FIA / BAFE)?
  • Experience with residential or commercial clients (flats, accommodation, etc.)?
  • Are you commutable to London when needed? (Home-based / WFH is fine)
Role

- Sales role focused on hunting and business development—tenders, quoting, and gaining sales for FIA / BAFE / BS5839 companies.

- Selling fire alarm service contracts and maintenance contracts (can include AOV, sprinkler, portable extinguishers, FRA's).

- Clients include residential and commercial sectors, such as managing agents, build-to-rent, housing, facilities/property managers.

- Typical sale size: £1k - £4k orders, larger sizes acceptable.

- Location: WFH but must be commutable to South East London and central clients.

- Support: Leads and database available to develop sales, along with your contacts or new business efforts.

- Benefits: £45k-£55k + commission (additional £12k-£20k), car allowance or travel expenses, and full permanent benefits.
