Service Sales BDM - Fire Alarms - London area

Opportunity to sell fire alarm services and progress into management roles if you have experience in selling maintenance contracts and service sales for a Fire alarm company.

Requirements

For Service Sales BDM - Business Development Manager / New Business Sales (Not Fire Alarm System Sales):

• Experience generating service sales for a Fire alarm maintenance company (FIA/ BAFE certified)
• Experience with Residential or Commercial clients (e.g., Flats, Accommodation)
• Willingness to be commutable to London; home-based or WFH is acceptable

Role

As a Service Sales BDM / New Business Sales:

• Engage in hunting and business development, including tenders, quoting, and securing sales for FIA/ BAFE/ BS5839 certified companies
• Sell fire alarm service and maintenance contracts, including AOV, Sprinkler, Portable extinguishers, and FRA's
• Target clients in Residential and Commercial sectors, such as Managing Agents, Build To Rent, Housing, Facilities, and Property Managers
• Typical sale size ranges from £1k to £4k, with flexibility for larger deals
• Position is WFH but requires proximity to South East London and Central London clients
• Leads and database support will be provided; personal contacts and new business efforts are encouraged
• Compensation includes £45k-£55k salary plus commission (£12k-£20k expected), car allowance or travel expenses, and full benefits
