Job summary

ERP Limited is seeking a Fire Alarm Service Engineer to maintain and service fire alarm systems across London. The role focuses on planned and reactive maintenance, fault finding, and minor installation or modification works, with a company vehicle and a standard 8-hour day.

You will work across commercial sites in London, ensuring high standards of customer service and technical workmanship, while enjoying a supportive team and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience servicing and maintaining fire alarm systems
• Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
• Good knowledge of fire alarm systems and industry standards
• Experience with Morley, Advanced, Apollo, Kentec or similar systems
• Full UK driving licence
• Professional, reliable and customer-focused approach

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned and preventative maintenance of fire alarm systems
• Attend reactive service visits and diagnose faults
• Complete fault finding, testing and repairs
• Carry out small installation and modification works
• Complete service reports and relevant documentation
• Work across a range of commercial sites throughout London
• Maintain high standards of customer service and technical workmanship
