Qualifications
- Field installation experience in fire alarm and intrusion systems.
- Valid Physical Security or Life Safety license is required.
- Knowledge of NFPA 70/72 standards.
- Ability to read blueprints and site maps.
Responsibilities
- Install, troubleshoot, and maintain fire alarm systems across commercial locations.
- Run low-voltage cabling, including drilling concrete walls and conduit work.
- Install cable supports and innerduct; test systems for operation.
- Troubleshoot network and alarm panel issues; ensure NFPA compliance.
- Collaborate on pre-installation design and planning; maintain records.
- Follow safety requirements per Wachter and OSHA regulations.
