Job summary

Secure & Recruit Ltd is seeking a Fire Alarm Engineer / Fire & Security Engineer in the UK. The role covers service, fault-finding and repair of fire alarm systems with a salary up to £45,000 basic, negotiable for the right person.

The package includes door-to-door travel paid, overtime available, £210 weekly standby payment with overtime when called out, 22 days' annual leave plus bank holidays, and clear progression opportunities as the business grows.

Qualifications

• Previous experience servicing and maintaining fire alarm systems.
• Good fault-finding and diagnostic abilities.
• Small works experience.
• Professional approach and good communication skills.
• Fire alarm-only experience will be considered; security experience not essential.

Our client is an established Fire Protection business with over 30 years of industry experience, providing specialist fire safety solutions to customers across the UK. They continue to grow and offer engineers the opportunity to develop their careers within an expanding business. Secure & Recruit has successfully placed four engineers with the company, with one of those engineers already progressing into a Supervisor position. This gives us first-hand experience of the business and its commitment to developing its people.
