ProGroup Recruitment is recruiting an experienced Fire Alarm Service & Maintenance Engineer to join a growing fire safety business. The role covers routine servicing, fault finding and small works on addressable and conventional systems.

You will work with manufacturers such as Honeywell, Apollo, Kentec and Gent, providing a professional service in occupied residential buildings and ensuring accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• Experience servicing fire alarm systems.
• Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills.
• Experience with both conventional and addressable systems.
• Full UK Driving Licence.

Responsibilities

Fire Alarm Service & Maintenance Engineer Required

ProGroup Recruitment is currently recruiting for an experienced Fire Alarm Service & Maintenance Engineer to join a growing and well-established fire safety business.

The Role

Your responsibilities will include:

• Routine servicing of addressable and conventional fire alarm systems
• Fault finding, diagnostics and remedial repairs
• Carrying out small works, including like‑for‑like replacement of fire alarm components
• Working on a variety of manufacturers' systems, including:

  • Apollo
  • Kentec
  • Gent
• Accurately completing service documentation and reports
• Providing a professional service when working within occupied residential buildings

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience servicing and maintaining fire alarm systems
• Strong fault‑finding and diagnostic skills
• Experience working with both conventional and addressable systems
• Knowledge of leading manufacturers such as Honeywell, Apollo, Kentec and Gent is desirable
• Comfortable working in occupied residential environments with excellent customer‑facing skills
• Full UK Driving Licence
