Zohorecruit is seeking an experienced Fire Alarm Service Engineer to join our Portsmouth team, covering Portsmouth and surrounding areas. You will service and maintain open protocol fire alarm systems, diagnose faults, and perform small works while ensuring compliance with British Standards.

The role offers a permanent, full-time contract with a company pension, 23 days leave, a company vehicle and fuel card, plus overtime opportunities.

Competenze

• Experience in fire alarm servicing and installation.
• A full UK Driving Licence is essential.
• Ability to work independently, manage your own local patch, and communicate with site managers and residents.
• Experience with AOV systems, Emergency Lighting (EML), Fire Extinguishers, or Refuge Systems is advantageous.

Salary: Circa *£42,000 + per annum ( Depending on Experience) + Overtime & Benefits

Are you an experienced Fire Alarm Engineer looking for a stable, permanent role with a company that values technical expertise? The Role

In this position, you will be the face of the company, ensuring the safety and compliance of our clients' systems. You won't just be "checking boxes"; you will be responsible for:

• Servicing & Maintenance: Routine upkeep of various open protocol fire alarm systems.
• Fault Finding: Diagnosing complex issues and providing efficient, long-term solutions.
• Small Works: Carrying out minor installations and remedial works as identified during servicing.
• System Auditing: Confidently identifying system age, condition, and any non-compliances to ensure sites meet British Standards.

What You’ll Need -

• Licence: A full UK Driving Licence (Essential).
