ProGroup Recruitment is currently recruiting for an experienced Fire Alarm Service & Maintenance Engineer to join a growing fire safety business. You will service, maintain and repair a wide range of fire alarm systems across occupied residential properties, delivering high workmanship and excellent customer service.

This role offers a structured training programme, clear progression to senior and commissioning roles, and a competitive package including a company vehicle, fuel card and bonus

Qualifications

• Experience servicing and maintaining fire alarm systems.
• Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills.
• Experience with conventional and addressable systems.
• Knowledge of manufacturers such as Honeywell, Apollo, Kentec, and Gent is desirable.
• Customer-facing skills and a full UK driving license.

Responsibilities

• Service, maintain and repair a range of fire alarm systems in occupied residences.
• Diagnose faults and perform remedial repairs to high workmanship standards.
• Carry out small works including replacement of fire alarm components.
• Work on Honeywell, Apollo, Kentec and Gent systems as needed.
• Complete service documentation accurately and professionally.

Fire Alarm Service & Maintenance Engineer Required

ProGroup Recruitment is currently recruiting for an experienced Fire Alarm Service & Maintenance Engineer to join a growing and well-established fire safety business.

The Role

You'll be responsible for servicing, maintaining and repairing a wide range of fire alarm systems across occupied residential properties, delivering a high standard of workmanship while providing excellent customer service.

• Routine servicing of addressable and conventional fire alarm systems
• Fault finding, diagnostics and remedial repairs
• Carrying out small works, including like-for-like replacement of fire alarm components
• Working on a variety of manufacturers' systems, including:
  • Honeywell
  • Apollo
  • Kentec
  • Gent
• Accurately completing service documentation and reports
• Providing a professional service when working within occupied residential buildings

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience servicing and maintaining fire alarm systems
• Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
• Experience working with both conventional and addressable systems
• Knowledge of leading manufacturers such as Honeywell, Apollo, Kentec and Gent is desirable
• Comfortable working in occupied residential environments with excellent customer-facing skills
• Full UK Driving Licence
