Zepz is seeking a technical architect to bridge complex FinTech infrastructure with high-impact marketing goals. You will engineer scalable backend services and lead initiatives that drive velocity, quality, and customer value.

This role emphasizes AI literacy, collaboration, and responsible engineering within a fast-growing FinTech environment. You will work hybrid with regular London office presence, shaping architecture, mentoring peers, and delivering features that enhance the user

Qualifications

• Extensive experience building scalable backend services.
• Proficiency in Java, Kotlin, or TypeScript.
• Familiar with Spring, Python, NodeJS, and ReactNative.
• Experience with AWS, Kubernetes (EKS), Terraform, and CI/CD tools.
• Ability to integrate AI tools and maintain safe development practices.

Responsibilities

• Translate marketing requirements into technical specifications and architectures.
• Own large projects, influence roadmaps, and mentor peers through code reviews.
• Balance speed with quality, delivering features that improve user experience.
• Collaborate with marketing and engineering to align goals and outcomes.
