Options Technology Ltd. in London is seeking a Technical Support Engineer to join our global trading infrastructure team. You will provide technical support for our options trading platforms, work with client tech teams, and help keep systems running smoothly in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires 1–2 years in a similar setting, strong troubleshooting and communication skills, and a willingness to travel. You will be office-based in London for the first year.

Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.

Responsibilities

Technical Support: Provide remote or on-site support for options trading technology systems.
System Monitoring: Watch health and performance of internal systems and perform updates.
Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve issues and escalate when needed.
Incident Management: Respond to incidents per SLAs and document resolutions.
Client Relationships: Build and maintain relationships with client stakeholders.
