Qualifications

• Proven experience within a FinTech or FCA-regulated business.
• Strong understanding of SaaS business models and KPIs.

• Ability to provide strategic insight and hands-on execution.
• Strong leadership credentials with experience managing finance teams.

Responsibilities

• Own and lead the finance function, driving performance and scalability.
• Partner with CFO on strategy, planning, and investor engagement.
• Lead all FP&A activity, including budgeting and forecasting.
• Develop and optimise SaaS KPIs to drive commercial decision-making.
• Act as interface with investors and the Board, providing insights.
• Provide leadership and oversight to the finance team.
• Ensure governance and compliance in FCA-regulated environment.
