Responsibilities

• Provide technical contact for clients, delivering remote or on-site support for options trading systems.
• Monitor health and performance of internal systems and perform regular maintenance.
• Diagnose issues, escalate to internal teams as needed and coordinate resolutions.
• Handle incidents and service requests per SLAs and document resolutions.
• Manage client relationships and act as a technical advisor when required.
• Assist with system enhancements and participate in testing and deployments.
• Deliver training sessions for client staff to share knowledge and best practices.
