Job summary

Xelix, based in London, is seeking a Services Consultant to lead enterprise implementations and serve as the project manager and technical expert for customers. This role focuses on ensuring successful launches on the Xelix platform, coordinating internal and external stakeholders, mitigating risks, and aligning with our AI-forward approach.

You will guide projects from kickoff to go-live while strengthening customer relationships.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of work experience in Fintech consulting or SaaS environments.
• Experience leading enterprise-level implementations for multiple customers simultaneously.
• Base knowledge of Python/SQL and data processing.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation projects for enterprise customers and become a subject matter expert in Xelix.
• Act as the primary project manager and point of contact for technical requirements.
• Manage risks, dependencies and change controls across internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure prerequisites are met, including data file design and secure file transfer.
• Run customer-facing workshops and translate technical information clearly.
