Job summary

Investa is building the UK’s first zero‑commission Options and Stocks trading platform and seeks a Risk and Controls Operations Associate in London. The role handles frontline regulatory and operational controls across CASS oversight, onboarding, and financial crime monitoring within a fast-scaling fintech.

You will work with the Head of Risk & Compliance and Co‑Founders to ensure FCA standards are met as operations scale, including onboarding, settlements, and escalation management in a hybrid

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in trade operations or controls within a regulated firm, fintech, or broker environment.
• Strong knowledge of CASS, Consumer Duty, Systems & Controls, and AML.
• Direct experience with CASS reconciliation workflows and trade surveillance.
• Ability to perform risk-based analysis with meticulous attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily CASS reconciliations and audit-ready records to ensure ongoing compliance.
• Own onboarding queue, conduct KYC/AML document reviews and risk assessments.
• Support regulatory reporting, notices, and exception handling with FCA alignment.
• Provide first-line trade surveillance reviews and breadth of controls oversight.
