Job summary

AccessFintech seeks a Project Manager to oversee multiple delivery-focused initiatives, ensuring successful software implementations and adherence to service delivery processes. This stakeholder-facing role requires managing client expectations and coordinating internal and external resources to meet business needs.

You will identify client requirements, develop comprehensive project plans, and ensure on-time, in-scope delivery while maintaining strong communication with all stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
• 4–5 years’ experience in a software implementation role.
• Proven ability to manage client expectations and delivery.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with client-facing experience.
• Experience with data transformation, normalization, and connectivity protocols.

Responsibilities

• Maintain understanding of how the platform is used and configured.
• Integrate software based on the Statement of Work with clients.
• Develop project plans and issues trackers for clients and internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for execution.
• Ensure projects are delivered on-time, within scope and budget.
• Define scope and objectives with stakeholders, ensuring technical feasibility.
• Build relationships with clients in a partnership model.
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, prioritize workload and meet deadlines.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; 4–5 years in software implementation.
• Sound understanding of data and integrations, including MQ, FTP, FIX, XML/JSON, and SQL.
