Job summary

Communify is seeking a proactive Project Manager to own delivery plans, milestones and dependencies for complex client implementations across the UK and EMEA. You will coordinate with Product, Engineering and Account Management while maintaining visibility of commercial positioning and risks.

This highly visible, client-facing role requires strong delivery discipline, commercial awareness and the ability to coordinate multiple teams across financial technology implementations.

Qualifications

• Experience managing complex client-facing software implementations or digital delivery projects in SaaS/technology environments.
• Hands-on delivery in software product lifecycles with agile methodologies.
• Strong experience with Jira or similar delivery tooling.
• Experience in financial services, FinTech, WealthTech or market data preferred.
• Excellent presentation skills and ability to translate technical data into business narratives.

Responsibilities

• Own the overall delivery plan, milestones, dependencies and resource requirements across multiple teams.
• Coordinate across Product, Engineering and Account Management with client stakeholders.
• Maintain RAID log, budget tracking and status reporting as the single source of truth for each engagement.
• Ensure delivery remains on time and within budget, escalating risks when needed.
• Translate client objectives into actionable plans and maintain clarity on decisions and milestones.
• Lead client delivery meetings, capture decisions and drive them to closure.
