Job summary

Harrington Starr in London is partnering with a fast-growing fintech to hire a Product Manager who can turn complex problems into simple, well-built products. You'll own key parts of the lifecycle and influence the roadmap.

You will work with engineering, design, data and commercial teams; conduct discovery, define success metrics, write user stories, and use AI tools to speed research and delivery.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years of experience as a Product Manager in fintech or data-heavy environments.
• A degree in a STEM subject or related quantitative field.
• Strong analytical skills with comfort in data, metrics and experimentation.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools in product work.

Responsibilities

• Own and prioritise the product roadmap for your area, balancing customer needs, commercial goals and technical constraints.
• Run discovery through customer research, data analysis and experimentation.
• Write clear requirements and user stories, and collaborate with engineering to deliver them.
• Define success metrics and use data to measure impact and guide decisions.
• Communicate product strategy and progress to stakeholders at all levels.
