Role Overview

We seek Managers with 3-6, 6-10, and 10+ years of experience, preferably in fintech or financial inclusion. You will conduct detailed research, analyze data, synthesize insights, and communicate findings clearly for diverse audiences. A passion for social impact, knowledge of payments, and interest in emerging markets are essential. You should be proactive, independent, and collaborative, with a strong execution bias.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct secondary research and produce landscape reports.
  • Analyze company reports and stakeholder interviews for thought leadership.
  • Obtain and analyze performance data for fintech products.
  • Create visualizations and interpret survey data.

Candidate Requirements
  • Excellent English communication skills, especially technical writing.
  • Experience in research and data analysis.
  • Ability to communicate insights effectively.
  • Based within GMT+/-3 hours, preferably in North America or Europe.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in fintech, digital financial services, payments, credit, remittances, or e-commerce.
  • Experience in multiple markets, especially in Africa, Asia, or Latin America.
  • Proficiency in additional languages like Spanish or French.
  • Published writings or research publications.
  • Familiarity with statistical software and programming languages like SQL, Python, R.
  • Master’s degree in Economics or related field.
